Over some plaintive piano, Eminem opens the track by claiming he hooked up with Rihanna before rhyming, "I'm really sorry you want me to have a heart attack / Was watchin' 8 Mile on my Nordic Track / Realized I forgot to call you back / Here's that autograph for your daughter, I wrote it on a Starter cap."
On his own seniority, Em raps, "Younger me? No, you're the whack me / It's funny, but so true / I'd rather be 80-year-old me than 20-year-old you."
He also pokes fun at MGK's appearance, rapping, "Stan, Stan, son, listen, man, dad isn't mad / But how you gonna name yourself after a damn gun and have a man bun?"
Some others outside the immediate beef have taken issue with Eminem's lyrics. Upon hearing her name refrenced in the line, "You ain't never made a list next to no Biggie, no Jay / Next to Taylor Swift, and that Iggy hoe, you about to really blow," Iggy Azalea wrote on Twitter that "diss songs shouldn't be filled with celebrity name drops to pad out lazy bars."

And that's my unbiased opinion from a girl that watched this guys set and sung the words in the crowd. I'd think it regardless.— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) September 14, 2018
One of the greatest to do it, I'm NOT in dispute about that. But I do think the name dropping thing has become a crotch.
Also let's talk about why it's lazy now; but wasn't in the earlier work.— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) September 14, 2018
The earlier stuff was crazy, twisted and creative.
This stuff feels more like picking names that fit easily into a rhyme scheme. 🤷♀️
Elsewhere, Jay Electronica took issue with a series of lines that find Eminem implying that Diddy was responsible for putting a hit out on Tupac Shakur, leading to the assassination of the West coast rap icon.
Eminem raps, "Killshot, I will not fail, I'm with the Doc still / But this idiot's boss pops pills and tells him he's got skills / But Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits / That he put the hit out that got Pac killed." He closes the track with a laugh, saying, "I'm just playin', Diddy, you know I love you."
@eminem, how dare you accuse diddy of killing tupac while you completely look pass jimmy iovine and those who profited from his death the MOST. You best tread carefully Son, before i come tear your ivory tower down like Sulaiman done the Templar Knights. #ripProof— سيف الله ℒℴѵℯ (@JayElectronica) September 14, 2018
The beef between the two rappers kicked off earlier this month when Eminem responded to some previous MGK disses with Kamikaze track "Not Alike."
Kelly then shared his response diss track titled "Rap Devil," which arrived alongside a video. In it, he made fun of Eminem's questionable facial hair choices, his age and made him out to be a man who stays in to read the dictionary at night.
Today, Eminem also admitted that his homophobic diss against Tyler, the Creator from Kamikaze went "too far."
