Boss Hog Return with First New Release in 16 Years
Having reunited for a series of live dates in 2008, veteran New York-based outfit Boss Hog have announced that new music is on the way, starting with a new EP.

Titled Brood Star, the four-song EP will arrive July 1 through In the Red, marking the first new music from the group in 16 years. The band have also released single "Wichita Grey" for a taste of what's to come, and you can hear that new song in the player below.

Pitchfork also reports that the band have plans for a full-length LP, titled Brood X. This will be their first full-length release since 1999's Whiteout.
